Al Ahly coach Juan Carlos Garrido has announced a list of 17 players who will travel to Abidjan for Saturday’s final against Ivorian side Sewe Sport.

The Spaniard has decided to included for the first time following his return from a fractured foot injury sustained back in May, while first-choice goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy has been ruled out because of his knee injury.

El-Said may not get the chance to participate despite travelling with the team as reports have indicated that he felt pain in his foot.

It is also worth noting that Garrido has demanded that his players improve ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup final, saying that he wants to be part of an Al Ahly success story.
