The Whites last won the league during the 2003/04 season, while Al Ahly have won the title every season since.

’s last win over Al Ahly was on the 21st of May 2007, with goals from Tamer Abdel-Hamid and Gamal Hamza. Since then however, have  failed to beat Al Ahly in 20 encounters in all competitions, with nine of those ending as draws. Read our full match preview here.
