have officially completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Torric Jebrin, while Mohamed Zika returns to Arab Contractors.

The 24-year old Ghanaian free agent has agreed a 3-year contract with Mido’s Ismaily; their ninth summer signing after Emad Hamdy, Marwan Mohsen and six others.

The former Hearts of Oak player had terminated his contract with Turkish side Bucaspor back in January due to lack of playing time.

Jebrin then failed to impress with Trabzonspor before having an unsuccessful trial with Polish club Wisla Karakow last February.

Zika departs

Meanwhile, Egyptian winger Mohamed Zika returns to Arab Contractors following two unsuccessful seasons with the Dervishes.

The 24-year-old was not long ago considered one of the emerging stars of Egyptian football following his debut season with Arab Contractors, where he scored four goals and assisted three more in 14 appearances.

However, Zika only managed to score two goals in over 40 appearances with Ismaily since joining in December 2013, and former manager Tarek Yehia had suspended him along with Mahmoud Hamad due to their ‘performances not being at the expected level’.
