England

Elmohamady’s Hull City suffered their first defeat of the season (2-1), as Charlton scored the winning goal eight minutes into extra time to cancel Abdel Hernandez’s 89th minute equaliser. The 27-year-old defender started the game and played the full 90 minutes.

Sam Morsy

Chesterfield captain Sam Morsy failed to help his team emerge victorious at the Proact Stadium, with the game ending goalless. Morsy played all 90 minutes of the game, his most influential moment of the game was when he licked the ball over to McDermott before the latter’s cross found Ebanks-Blake, however, but the visitor’s keeper’s fine save was equal to Blake’s effort.


Estonia

Omar El-Hussieny

Levadia’s pharaoh Omar El-Hussieny helped his side to a 2-1 win against Sillamäe Kalev as he played the game’s full length. The Super Cup champions are currently league leaders with 59 points, just 2 points above their rivals FC Flora Tallinn. The 29-year-old’s employers were just defeated once in the competition this season.


Greece

 started for his new side Panetolikos and was taken off after 86 minutes, making his  debut. Leandro Kappel put Warda’s side ahead just minutes before the officials signaled the end of the first half. Marcus Berg pulled one back for  6 minutes into the second half before Nikolaos Karelis scored what proved to be the winner in the 84th minute.


Italy

’s were held to a 1-1 draw against Hellas Verona on their first match of the  season. The Egyptian international made his competitive debut for Roma along with new signings Edin Dzeko and Wojciech Szczesny.


Portugal

 saw red as CD Nacional were triumphant in the Madeira derby against União da Madeira in the second round of the Portuguese .

Ahmed Hassan Koka

Egyptian international  has opened his account for the season with a header against Sporting Braga, earning  a 1-0 win.


Switzerland

Mohamed El-Nenny

El-Nenny opened his account in the 2015/16  as FC Basel maintained their perfect start with a 3-1 win at FC Lugano.


Saudi Arabia

Al-Ahli left-back Mohamed Abdel-Shafy’s crosses were not enough for his team to collect all 3 points against Taawon in the Abdul Latif Jameel League. The Egyptian international played all 90 minutes of the game. The left-footed left back’s cross at the 49th-minute mark found his teammate inside the box, however, the forward’s effort was cleared by the opponent’s defence. The ex-Zamalek star was yellow carded 10 minutes before the final whistle. Shafy’s team sit in fifth place with one point and are to play Al-Khaleej on the 27th of August.

    Just read that Koka signed for Sporting Brag for 5 years. Sporting Braga play in the UEFA Europa League
