Peseiro announces Al Ahly squad to face Aswan

Ahly manager Josè Peseiro has announced the squad set to face in the 11th round of the Egyptian Premier League on Tuesday.

The Red Devils will be looking to return to winning ways after a disappointing 0-0 draw against Wadi Degla on Saturday.

John Antwi, Ahmed El-Sheikh and Hamdy Zaki are still missing for technical reasons, while Hossam Ashour and Bassem Ali were ommitted due to injury.

Sabry Rahil is out for techincal reasons after participating in the Wadi Degla draw, Saleh Gomaa is out due to suspension after being sent off.

Al Ahly Squad:

Goalkeepers: Sherif Ekramy and Ahmed Adel Abd El-Moneim.

Defenders:  Ahmed Fathy, Hussein El-Sayed, Ahmed Hegazy, Rami Rabia, Saad Samir, Mohamed Naguib, Mohamed Hany and Mohamed Hamdy.

Midfielders: Hossam Ghaly, Mo’men Zakaria, Ahmed Hamdy, Abdallah El-Said, Walid Soliman and Ramadan Sobhy.

Forwards: Malick Evouna, Amr Gamal, Emad Meteb and Ahmed Abdel-Zaher.

Al Ahly currently sit in ninth place in the Egyptian Premier League table with 13 points and three games in hand, while Aswan are in 14th with eight points.

The match is scheduled to kick off on 18:00 CLT on Tuesday, at Borg El Arab stadium.
