head coach Hossam El-Badry is confident his players can produce a positive result in the second leg against and advance to the round of 16.

The Red Devils will have a slim advantage when they travel to Johannesburg to face Bidvest Wits in the second-leg of the round of 32 after they claimed a 1-0 win at home.

El-Badry said that he trusts his players and knows they can play a good match against the South African side in the away match on Sunday, adding that he’s currently working on correcting the mistakes of the first-leg.

“The players put on a good performance in the first leg and they have what it takes to win in the second-leg and reach the round of 16,” El-Badry said.

He added that his side have a big chance to qualify to the next stage, especially that there are experienced players within the squad who are capable of pushing the rest of the team.

The former Al Ahly player also expressed his disappointment after Junior Ajayi and Hossam Ghaly were ruled out of the second-leg due to injuries.
