KingFut rounds up the Pharaohs Abroad action this week, to keep you up to date with Egyptian players overseas.

Karim Hafez – Lens (France)

Karim Hafez played all 90 minutes in RC Lens’ 2-1 home win over Sochaux, on Monday evening. Florent Ogier opened the scoring for the visitors in the 69th minute, but late goals from Habibou and Cvetinovic sealed a vital comeback win for Lens. The win sees Hafez’s club top the Ligue 2 standings with 49 points from 29 matches, as the final stretch of the league season approaches.

Mahmoud Abdel-Moniem ‘Kahraba’ – Al Ittihad (Saudi Arabia)

A Kahraba-less Ittihad snatched a 1-0 victory at Al Batin, in the 21st round of the Saudi Professional League. After guiding Ittihad to Crown Prince Cup last Friday against Al Nasr, the international was suspended from today’s game due to an accumulation of yellow cards, after picking his fourth yellow card against Al Hilal. The only goal of the game came through Ahmed Akaichi in the 59th minute, as Ittihad rose to third place with 44 points, nine behind leaders Al Hilal.
