Zamalek head coach has assured that his side is only focusing on winning against in the first round of group-stages.

The Whites have no chance of winning the Egyptian Premier League title this year as they sit third behind Misr El-Maqassa and league leaders Al Ahly, who are 23 points ahead with only six games to go.

“Tomorrow’s game will not be easy, but we’re looking forward to victory and to draw a smile on our fans’ faces,’’ Inácio said in his pre-match press conference.

“There are no easy games at this stage. We respect all of our opponents, but we have full confidence in our players and their abilities.

“Any result but a win wouldn’t be acceptable. We are determined to get the three points in front of our fans,’’ he concluded.

The Whites are favorites to advance to the quarter finals of the CAF Champions league as they were drawn in group B with USM Alger, Al-Ahli Tripoli, and Caps United.

Zamalek are set to host Zimbabwe’s CAPS United at Borg El-Arab stadium on Friday, 12th of May. The match will kick off at 21:00 CLT.
