Tunisia international has officially joined Turkish Süper Lig side Kasımpaşa from SM Caen, the club confirmed on Thursday.

The 28-year-old midfielder has put pen to paper on a three-year contract that will keep him at the club until 2020.

The Tunisian becomes Kasımpaşa’s third signing of the summer window, after Markus Neumayr from FC Luzern and Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet from Anderlecht.

Syam brings a wealth of experience to Kasımpaşa, having made over 30 international appearances for Tunisia and over 180 club appearances during his career so far, in which he has played league football in France, Tunisia, Romania, and England.

He helped Espérance Sportive de Tunis lift the CAF Champions League in 2011, as well as the Tunisian League in 2010 and 2011. Syam also lifted two trophies during his time in Romania, the Cupa României and the Supercupa României in 2014.
