VIDEO: Salah scores in under two minutes as Basel draw with Lausanne

Egypt forward Mohamed Salah scored the opener after a minute and 21 seconds for Basel, with a rare right-footed finish.

The home side equalized through Congolese striker Matt Moussilou on the hour mark after a horrific error from the Basel keeper, who’s been in terrific form recently.

Salah was replaced a few minutes after by David Degen, who scored a brace against Sion midweek.

Swiss champions Basel are now six points adrift of leaders St. Gallen in fourth place.

Basel’s next host Belgium’s Genk in the Europa League in midweek.
