Salah helped Chelsea thrash Arsenal at Stamford Bridge 6-0 by scoring his side’s sixth goal.

Speaking to BeIN sports, when asked about his performance after the game, Salah said: “I want to congratulate myself and all the people that helped me stand on my feet. Thank God I got the trust of the managerial staff and I hope it always remains like that.”

After scoring the goal, Salah pointed to Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho with the Portuguese jumping out of his chair celebrating the goal.

“Thank God our relationship is very good and of course I am working with the best manager in the world. He motivated me before the match and before I came on he told me that I would score. Thank God I was up for his trust and I hope it always remains like this,” Salah concluded.

Chelsea are now on top of the league with 69 points with just seven games remaining.
