VIDEO: Egypt-eligible Sam Morsy scores in Chesterfield win

Sam MorsyEgypt-eligible midfielder scores his first goal of season after a string of goals in pre-season in his sides 4-1 win.

The 23-year-old defensive midfielder, who has been adding more goals to his game after being given the freedom to move forward by his manager, scored a lovely chipped goal in ’s 4-1 victory over Scunthorpe United.

Chesterfield came from behind after Patrick Madden gave the visitors the lead in the 46th minute. A second half hat-trick from Eoin Doyle put Chesterfield 3-1 up. Sam Morsy finished the game off with his chipped goal in the 88th minute.

The Spireites now lie in 4th place in League One after being promoted this season.
