Hassan Shehata returns to Arab Contractors
Legendary Egyptian national team coach Hassan Shehata has officially reached an agreement with Arab Contractors.
The Zamalek legend returns to the Mountain Wolves after leading them to promotion, the Egypt Cup against Al Ahly, and the Egyptian Super Cup against Zamalek in 2003/2004.
In a television interview, Contractors official Mohamed Adel stated that the official announcement will be on Thursday after reaching an agreement with the former Zamalek legend.
“We have reached an agreement with Hassan Shehata to become the new coach of the side,” he said.
Hassan Shehata’s relationship with former club Difaa El-Jadidi reached rock bottom of late, as the club officials reportedly didnt pay any wages for the past two months.
It is also worth mentioning that Hassan Shehata won three consecutive African Cup of Nations with the Pharaohs in 2006, 2008, and 2010.
