’s goalscoring streak continues as he comes off the bench to help down at the San Siro for the first time in 15 years.

Salah scored his 4th goal in 6 games as the Chelsea loanee netted the winning goal at Inter Milan.

Succeeding his outstanding performances against Tottenham – sealing the win for the Viola and helping them advance to the round of 16 in the Europa League – and the equalizer against Torino in last week, Mohamed Salah struck again to temporarily lift his team up the  table to 4th place, with only 1 goal difference between them and Napoli.

The 22-year-old Egyptian winger was given a rest as he started the match on the bench, as previously hinted by Fiorentina’s head coach Vincenzo Montella, but Montella was forced to introduce Salah earlier than planned as he replaced the injured Senegalese striker Khouma Babacar towards the end of the first half.

It only took Salah 11 minutes into the 2nd half to place the ball into the back of Handanovic’s net. With the Slovenian keeper off his line and fumbling a cross from captain Manuel Pasqual, the Egyptian pounced and rifled a left-footed bullet to mark the winning goal for the Viola at the San Siro.

Mohamed Salah now has four goals and an assist for Fiorentina in 6 games, which averages out to him being involved in a goal every 72 minutes – after a total of 359 minutes played since joining on-loan from Chelsea so far.

It’s also worth noting that Salah’s goal will be a memorable one for the club as the last time the Viola won an away game against Inter Milan goes back to the 1999/2000 season, with a total of 12 away league match losses until today.
