Wydad president: Malick Evouna will leave if manager permits

president Saed El-Nasiry has stated that the only condition for leaving is the approval of his manager.

There is a fierce battle between Zamalek and Al Ahly who are competing to sign the Gabonese striker, Malick Evouna.

Wydad Casablanca chairman has said that he doesn’t mind seeing the 22-year-old leave to any of the Egyptian sides, however the move must first be approved by the manager John Toshcak.

Saed El-Naisry informed Ahly president Mahmoud Taher and Zamalek president Mortada Mansour about his approval and told them they must convince the Toshcak.

During a meeting with Zamalek representatives, El-Nasiry added: “Wydad will not stop on one player and I don’t mind the departure of the Gabonese striker after the acceptance of the manager for this move.”

It is worth mentioning that Polish club Legia Warszawa are also interested in the player, but Evouna is reportedly more keen on Egypt being his next destination.
