Roma’s Champions League group stage opponents announced

Roma have found out their 2015/2016 UEFA Champions League opponents following the Group Stage draw held in Monaco this afternoon.

AS Roma were drawn in Group F of the competition and will face stern competition from it’s group opponents, which include Bayer Leverkusen, BATE Borisov and reigning UEFA Champions League holders FC Barcelona.

Salah, who will be featuring in his first UEFA Champions League campaign for his Rome based side, will be coming up against some world class defenders in the process of the Group Stages as Roma look to qualify for the second round.

Mohamed Salah will be the only Egyptian featuring in the elite European club competition this season after Mohamed El-Nenny’s FC Basel were knocked out of the last qualifying round by Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv.
