Al Ahly: No Feyenoord offer for Ramadan Sobhy
Al Ahly sporting director Sayed Abdel-Hafiz dismissed the talks of receiving offers from Dutch club Feyenoord to sign team’s youngster Ramadan Sobhy.
Several news reports have been linking Sobhy with a move to Feyenoord, however, the Red Devils director denied these rumors.
“No truth behind the presence of any offers from Feyenoord [for Ramadan Sobhy],” Abdel-Hafiz told Yallakora.com
“We haven’t received any official offer up till the moment and even if we got any we will jointly discuss them with the player,” he concluded.
Sobhy is a product of Al Ahly’s youth sector and got promoted to the senior squad in season 2013/2014, where he recorded 34 appearances scoring 8 goals in all competitions.
The 18-year-old is a part of Egypt olympic team squad gearing up for the U-23 African Cup of Nations, set to kick off on November 28.
