Marcos Paquetá has named his 18-man squad for the Tala’a El-Gaish clash on Sunday, in the ninth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The Brazilian coach is looking to build on the strong start to his spell at Zamalek, after the reigning champions’ comfortable 2-0 win against Haras El-Hodood last Thursday.

El-Gaish, on the other hand, are aiming for a positive result to climb up the table as they currently sit in the 13th place just three points over the drop zone.

Tarek Hamed returns to the squad after serving his suspension. However, Ahmed Tawfik and Bassem Morsi will be missing due to injury.

Paquetá also excluded Mohamed Ibrahim, Mohamed Abou-Gabal, Sherif Alaa and Hamada Tolba for technical reasons, as well as Islam Gamal, who is finalizing a loan deal with Smouha.
