Zamalek cancel Bassem Morsi suspension
Mortada Mansour decided to hold a meeting with Morsi on Monday at the club, in order to solve the player’s latest problem, and the player apologized to Mansour and to club assistant coach Ismail Youssef for his latest actions.
Morsi was fined heavily for his appearance on several TV shows breaking the club’s rules of boycotting the local media. The club’s top scorer last year was also fined for the use of social media, which is also against club rules.
Mansour has decided to cancel the player’s suspension, and will allow his return to the squad. The 23-year-old striker is now ready for the club’s next league game on Wednesday, against Ghazl El-Mahalla.
