The 2015 Egyptian Premier League champions will start their continental campaign when they face the winner of the preliminary stage clash between Nimba United FC of Liberia and Cameroon’s Union Douala.

The White Castle can add or replace any player in the list until January 15, but these players can only be eligible to participate in the tournament starting from the last 16 round.

Goalkeepers: Ahmed El-Shenawy, Mahmoud Gennesh, Mohamed Abou-Gabal.

Defenders: Ali Gabr, Mohamed Koffi, Ahmed Dweidar, Hamada Tolba, Omar Gaber, Hazem Emam, Mohamed Adel Gomaa, Sherif Alaa.

Midfielders: Ahmed Tawfik, Tarek Hamed, Ibrahim Salah, Moruf Yusuf, Ahmed Hamoudi, Mohamed Ibrahim, Ibrahim Abdel-Khalek, Ayman Hefny, Mostafa Fathi, Mahmoud Kahraba.

Forwards: Bassem Morsi, Mohamed Salem, Ahmed Hassan Mekki.

Five-time winners Zamalek are set to play their first leg at home between 11 and 13 March 2016, while the second leg game is set to be played between 18 and 20 March 2016.

It’s worth noting that the White Castle haven’t won any continental trophy since 2002 when they beat Raja Casablanca of Morocco 1-0 on aggregate.
