Warda features as Panetolikos lose to Atromitos

Egypt’s Amr Warda was introduced early in the second half as his side Panetolikos lost 1-0 away to Atromitos in the Greek Super League on Sunday.

Atromitos’ Anthony Le Tallec managed to give the hosts the lead, and the winning goal, 45 minutes into the game.

Nine minutes into the second half, Panetolikos’ manager Giannis Matzourakis made his first substitution of the game as Amr Warda came on for Stathos Vasiloudis.

Following the loss, Panetolikos remain 9th with 34 points from 27 games, while Atromitos occupy the 10th place with 33 points.

It’s worth noting that Panetolikos play Olympiacos next, who top the Greek Super League with 73 points, on April 10th.

It was exclusively revealed by Kingfut that Warda is set to be scouted by Belgian clubs RSC Anderlecht & in the upcoming Greek Super League game versus Olympiacos.
