Ahmed Hassan: Anderlecht have to be patient with Trezeguet
Ex-Egypt international Ahmed Hassan spoke to DH.be about 22-year old Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet’s potential and progress with Anderlecht.
Ahmed Hassan spent two years with the Purple and White so he is well aware of the club’s mentality and the fans, not only that but he is one of the club’s favourite ex-players. In the interview, the former Pharaoh of Anderlecht spoke about Trezeguet’s potential and progress.
“The difference between me and Trezeguet is that I played for eight seasons in Egypt and all around Europe. I knew what it was like to play in Europe,” said the 40-year-old Egypt legend.
“AS Roma’s Mohamed Salah and Arsenal’s Elneny were first matured in Basel. Anderlecht has reason to be patient.
“Trezeguet has a style of play that will appeal to the fans. He is capable of achieving individual action and he has the right mindset.”
“Trezeguet has a good mentality,” Hassan concluded
