OFFICIAL: El-Sayed Hamdy joins Al Masry
Al Masry have officially announced signing free agent El-Sayed Hamdy with the striker penning down a two-year contract with the club.
The club have announced signing El-Sayed Hamdy today with the striker agreeing a two-year deal with Al Masry to wear the green shirt.
The 32-year-old has been most recently applying his trade at Misr El-Maqassa where he joined from Al Ahly in 2014. He started his football career at Arab Contractor’s academy at a young age.
He then joined Meyah El-Beheira before joining Tanta where he impressed enough to be captured by Petrojet. In Petrojet he had fantastic performances that caught the big clubs’ eyes prompting Al Ahly to sign him in 2011.
El-Sayed Hamdy won two CAF Champions Leagues with Al Ahly and one Egyptian Premier League. He was also part of the Egypt squad to win the 2010 AFCON.
