Mark Hughes praises Ramadan Sobhi
Ramadan Sobhi has finally made his first full competitive debut match, where he started against Elmohamady’s Hull City in the EFL Cup.
The 19-year-old Egyptian prodigy managed to snatch the Man of the Match award, despite his team’s 2-1 loss to Hull City.
Following the match Mark Hughes praised the Egyptian and labelled his debut match as a “fantastic debut”.
“I was really pleased with Ramadan. He came on, had a fantastic debut,” he said.
The 52-year-old Welshman seemed positive about Ramadan’s future: “He was Always a threat, so he will get better,” he added.
It is worth mentioning that Stoke City will face West Bromwich Albion in their next Premier League fixture on the 24th.
