2016 PSA Men’s World Championship 1st Round Draw Revealed

The first round draw for 2016 PSA Men’s World Championship, set to take place at the Wadi Degla Stadium in Cairo, Egypt, from October 25 – November 4, has been revealed.

The annual PSA Men’s World Championship is set to take place in Egypt for the first time since the 2006 Championship. In this year’s edition, Egypt will have 15 players, including World No.1 and his brother World No. 7 .

Following disappointments in the 2012, 2014, and 2015 editions, Mohamed will be looking for a good outing this year. However, the draw has placed him on a tough road to victory.

He is set to meet Cameron Pilley, the Australian who ended his road to win both the 2016 Dubai World Series Finals and the 2016 Hong Kong Open. Other possible future opponents include England’s James Willstrop, Egypt’s Ali Farag and , and Colombia’s Miguel Angel Rodriguez.
