Hector Cuper reviews the Pharaohs’ win over Congo Brazzaville
Argentinian manager, Hector Cuper, spoke about Egypt’s performance against Congo Brazzaville in the first match in the 2018 Russia world cup qualifiers.
Goals from Mohamed Salah and Abdallah El-Said helped the Pharaohs secure an important comeback victory and go top of Group E of the African qualifiers. Hector Cuper talked about Egypt’s performance saying,
“We were better than the opposition, especially in the first half as we missed a lot of chances.”
“We still have a long way to go and we need to be consistent in our performance.”
“We have turned the page on the Congo match and our main focus now is on our next match against Ghana.”
