Egypt climbs seven places in October FIFA Rankings

 climbs seven places in the latest  released on Thursday, October 20 to become the 46th placed team worldwide.

 climbed seven places in the October edition of the monthly rankings, and now occupy the 46th position worldwide. This sees the Pharaohs ranked 6th in Africa, up from 7th in September.

 drops to third in Africa with an overall ranking of 35th, while Côte d’Ivoire remains on top African football with an overall ranking of 31st.

Argentina retained its stronghold upon the pinnacle of world football, followed by Germany and Brazil.

The biggest leap of the month belongs to Montenegro, which climbed 49 places to 56th.

The biggest fall of the month belongs to Cyprus, which dropped 52 places to 139th.

Mohammed Salama is a 20-year-old who fell in love with football since Egypt's AFCON final match against Ivory Coast! Strangely enough an Al Ahly and Al Masry fan locally. In addition, he's a hardcore Bayern Munich supporter.
