Trezeguet features in loss against KV Mechelen
Egypt international Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet played 90 minutes as Excel Mouscron lost against KV Mechelen 2-0 in the 11th round of the Belgian Pro League.
The Anderlecht loanee started the game, before being replaced by Fejsal Mulic in the 90th minute as Mouscron fell to an away defeat to KV Mechelen in the 11th round of the Belgian Pro League.
KV Mechelen opened the scoreline in the 66th minute through Yohan Croizet, taking his tally this season to five goals.
Eight minutes later, the hosts doubled their lead after Olympiacos loanee Dimitris Kolovos scored his side’s second goal of the game and his third goal of the season, ending the game 2-0 for the hosts.
The loss means Mouscron are currently 11th in the league with 10 points, while KV Mechelen sit in the 9th place with 15 points.
Mouscron’s next game will be against 14th placed Waasland-Beveren on October 27, while Mechelen are playing Anderlecht on the 26th of October.
