Trezeguet’s Mouscron, Waasland share spoils in a bottom of the table contest

Trezeguet

Mahmoud “Trezeguet” Hassan started for Royal Excel Mouscron as they drew 0-0 away to Waaslan-Beven in the Belgian First Division encounter.

The Mouscron based side are pushing for a decent position in the middle of the table to be assured of life in the top tier. An encounter with fellow hustlers Waasland-Beven seemed to be the match Royal Excel Mouscron needed.

The on-loan-from-Anderlecht midfielder completed the game, playing the full 90 minutes once again as he continues getting game time at the club. However, Trezeguet was unable to lead his team to a victory, and a dull affair ended 0-0.

The result means Royal Excel Mouscron now occupies the 11th position on the 2016 Belgium Premier league table with eleven points from twelve games. Waasland lie in 14th place with ten points from as twelve games.
