Ahmed Elmohamdy features in Hull City’s draw against West Bromwich, which saw the Tigers providing an acceptable performance after a disappointing loss against Sunderland last week.

Hull City’s starting XI: Marshall; Elmohamady, Dawson, Davies, Tymon; Snodgrass, Mason, Livermore, Clucas; Henriksen, Mbokani

West Bromwich’s starting XI: Foster; Dawson, Evans, McAuley, Nyom; Yacon, Fletcher, Brunt, Morrison, Philips; Rondon

The game started with West Bromwich pressing high, trying to secure an early goal. But Hull City’s defence blocked some chances, before failing to stop McAuley’s header in the 34th minute that was assisted by Philips.

Hull City entered the second half with a renowned spirit, as the Tigers were trying hard to get back into the game and they succeeded in the 72nd minute, with Dawson scoring to make it 1-1 and get Hull City back into the game.

Ahmed Elmohamdy provided a good defensive performance, but lacked the intensity in his offensive play.
