Tarek El-Ashry appointed ENPPI head coach for third time
Tarek El-Ashry has been appointed as ENPPI manager, two days after winning the Libyan Premier League with Al-Ahli Tripoli.
El-Ashry, who is set for a third stint as ENPPI manager, succeeds Alaa Abdel-Aal, who resigned after a run of disappointing results with the petroleum club.
Tarek El-Ashry was in charge of the petroleum club in 2015, before resigning following his side’s 4-2 loss to Harras El-Hodood in the league. He then took charge of UAE’s Al Shaab, Arab Contractors, Sudanese giants Al-Hilal, Libyan sides Ahly Benghazi and Al-Ahli Tripoli.
It’s worth mentioning that El-Ashry’s first game in charge will be against El-Dakhleya on November 27 in the Egyptian Premier League.
ENPPI currently lie in 12th place in the Egyptian Premier League and their next match will be against 16th placed El-Dakhleya on November 27.
