Sporting Braga moved to fourth place in the Primeira Liga after comfortably beating Paços de Ferreira 3-0 at home.

Egyptian international Ahmed Hassan Koka started the game and played the full 90 minutes against 13th-placed Paços de Ferreira in the 13th round of the Primeira Liga.

A brace from Rui Fonte and a goal from Ricardo Horta helped Braga to put their 4-2 loss to Shakhtar Donetsk in Europa league behind them.

The first goal came in the 16th minute through Rui Fonte after an assist from Wilson Eduardo, before Ricardo Horta extended the lead in the 23rd minute to give Braga a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime.

The hosts continued their dominance after the break and the two Portuguese Wilson Eduardo and Rui Fonte proved to have good chemistry between themselves as Eduardo assisted Fonte again to score Braga’s third goal in the 65th minute.

The result means that Sporting Braga are now fourth in the league with 26 points, eight points behind league leaders Benfica and their next game will be against third-placed Sporting CP on December 18.
