Al Masry general manager Tarek Soliman has been suspended by the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) Competitions Committee for unsporting behavior.

Soliman has received a four game suspension and was fined 5,000 EGP for his unsporting behavior against Al Ahly in the Egyptian Premier League.

The suspension means that Soliman will miss Al Masry’s upcoming matches against Ghazal El Mahalla in Egypt Cup, El-Entag, and El-Geish in the Premier League.

The committee has also fined Al Ahly and Al Masry 10,000 EGP each after their fans insulted each other in the game which the Red Devils won 3-1.

It’s worth mentioning that Al Ahly beat the Green Eagles 3-1 in the 16th round of the Egyptian Premier League, with goals coming from Marwan Mohsen, Saad Samir, and Abdallah El-Said, while Salem Ahmed scored Al Masry’s only goal of game.
