Ibrahim Salah renews his contract with Zamalek
Zamalek’s midfielder Ibrahim Salah decided to extend his contract with the club for three more seasons and officially signed his new contract.
Zamalek president Mortada Mansour assured that the club reached an agreement with the player earlier after a short period of negotiations. The deal was successfully sealed with Salah’s signature. The 29-year-old player will continue playing for Zamalek for three more seasons.
Salah joined Zamalek for the first time in 2009 coming from Mansoura and stayed with the team till 2013. Afterwards, he went on a one-year spell with Saudi Arabian Al Oruba. The Egyptian international then left Al Oruba and rejoined the White Knights again in 2014 on a free transfer.
The player’s new contract starts after the end of the 2016/2017 season and will continue till 2019/2020.
