Al-Wehda bid $100,000 for Al Masry’s Ahmed Kaboria
Saudi club Al-Wehda sent an official offer to Al-Masry to request Ahmed Kaboria’s services on loan till the end of the season.
Al-Wehda wants Kaboria to move to the team for six months starting next January during the winter transfer window for $100,000. This comes after Egyptian coach and former Al Ahly and Al-Wehda player Adel Abdelrahman started officially coaching the team. He later confirmed the Mecca-based club interest in the player.
Al-Masry however rejected the offer and the player will remain with the club for now. The player grabbed attention after scoring 13 goals with Al-Masry in the 2015/2016 season and was an important part of Hossam Hassan’s squad which eventually led the club to the fourth place in the league. The Egyptian side value Kaboria at 10,000,000 EGP.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Wehda enquired about the possibility of signing Moruf Yusuf, Saleh Gomaa, Momen Zakaria too.
