Salah nominated for Roma’s Player of the Year Award

Egyptian international Mohamed Salah has been nominated for ’s 2016 player of the year award after his performances with the Italian side during the year.

After being nominated for AS Roma’s 2016 goal of the year award for three goals against Sassoulo, Palermo and Genoa, the 24-year-old is now also competing for the player of the year award along with Bosnian forward Edin Džeko, Italian midfielder Alessandro Florenzi, Greek midfielder Kostas Manolas, Argentine winger Diego Perotti and Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

Salah’s season is considered to be a successful one after the young winger scored 24 goals in 48 matches and 15 assists.

In addition to being a hardcore football fan, Abdelrahman is a communications enthusiast who works in marketing, advertising, content creation and PR.
