Egypt international Amr Warda has completed his move to Greek side PAOK FC from Panetolikos FC, the club announced on Tuesday.

As Kingfut exclusively revealed, the Egyptian winger signed a three-and-a-half year contract, which will keep him at the club until June 2020.

Warda’s impressive season with Panetolikos has been rewarded by a move to the two-time Greek Super League champions as the former Al Ahly player was involved in five goals with the Greek side this season.

The 23-year-old was previously linked with moves to PAOK and Olympiacos as well as a number of Italian clubs.

Warda, who is currently on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations, joined Panetolikos in the summer of 2015, spending one-and-a-half successful seasons at the club where he was voted second-best player for his club.

PAOK currently sit fifth at the Greek Super League standings with 26 points after 16 games. They will play against Bundesliga side FC Schalke 04 in the round of 32 of the UEFA Europa League next month.
