Mohamed Elneny is available for AFCON final
Egypt international Mohamed Elneny has revealed that he recovered from his injury and is now fit to play against Cameroon in the final.
The 24-year-old played the first three games in the tournament before picking up an injury in the training ahead of the Morocco game in the quarter-finals.
The former Arab Contractors and Basel player was a doubt for the Cameroon game, but apparently he has recovered in time, according to his tweet.

Héctor Cúper couldn’t replace Mohamed Elneny as he tried many options in the midfield like Ahmed Fathi, Abdallah El-Said, and Ibrahim Salah but neither of them could be as effective as him.
Seven-time Africa Cup of Nations winners Egypt are set to face Cameroon, who won the title four times, in the final game of the 2017 AFCON on Sunday January 5 at 21:00 CLT.
