OFFICIAL: Wadi Degla transfer-list Egypt legend Essam El-Hadary

Egyptian legend Essam El-Hadary has been transfer-listed by Wadi Degla after reported altercation in training camp. 

After initially being in the squad to face Al Ahly on Thursday in the league, Essam El-Hadary was kicked out of camp after reportedly slapping teammate and third-choice goalkeeper Khaled Walid.

Wadi Degla coach Ahmed Hossam ‘Mido’ asked El-Hadary to apologize but when he did not, he was asked to leave the camp before slapping him with a heavy fine.

Wadi Degla have also transfer-listed the legend as Magdy Samy, Chairman of Wadi Degla, posted on Faceook: “Available to transfer to MLS or Scandinavian teams, Veteran goalkeeper, 44 years old, and able to play for 2 more years at top level.”

Wadi Degla face league holders and leaders Al Ahly Thursday February 23 in the Egyptian League.
