Mansour: Zamalek will withdraw from any game that Ultras White Knights will attend
Zamalek president Mortada Mansour has decided that his side will withdraw from any game that witnesses the attendance of Ultras White Knight members.
Zamalek ultra group, Ultras White Knights, members have managed to enter the stadium in Zamalek’s clash agaisnt Rangers in CAF Champions League round of 32, as they held offensive banners towards Mansour.
Mansour held a press conference announcing his decision, as well as reveling the club’s current situation from playing any domestic games after Makassa’s game crisis.
“If any member of Ultras White Knights attend a game, we won’t play till they get out of the stands. They are a terrorist group that incite riot and we won’t play any game if they attend,” Mansour explained
“I have asked the Minister of Interior to punish who was responsible for the entrance of Ultras White Knights into the game against Rangers,” he added.
“Regarding the domestic actions, we won’t play any games in the domestic competitions until the club’s general assembly hold their meeting on the 31st of March,”
“The general assembly members will decide on whether the club will continue playing in the domestic competitions or withdraw through a vote,” Mansour concluded.
