Mortada Mansour reveals Kahraba’s price tag
Mortada Mansour spoke about Zamalek winger Mahmoud Kahraba who’s on loan to Ittihad Jeddah and revealed his price tag for renewing his loan or for moving to another club.
The White Knights chairman discussed Kahraba’s price tag before after he was praised by Atletico Madrid’s coach Diego Simeone for his speed and skill following the friendly match hosted by Ittihad in the Jeddah club’s 90th anniversary celebrations.
Kahraba joined Ittihad Jeddah last summer on a one-year loan deal. The young player quickly became one of the team’s stars after 20 appearances in which he scored 15 goals. Negotiations should be starting these days as the former Luzern and Grasshoppers winger should be returning to Zamalek since his contract will end in two months.
“I have a number of official offers for the player but I will not reveal them now,” Mansour said. “He still has three years in his contract with Zamalek, we have the right to choose the offer that serves our interests best.”
Mansour declared that Zamalek will demand €5 million for sending the player on loan again for one season and €40 million if he moves to another club in the summer transfer window.
