Mokhtar Mokhtar replaces resigned Shawky Gharib as Entag El-Harby coach
Coach Mokhtar Mokhtar announced that he will officially start leading Entag El-Harby in the Egyptian Premier League.
This comes after Shawky Gharib resigned from his post as the club’s manager after disappointing results in the league. Wadi Degla recently thrashed Entag 5-1 in the 21st round of the EPL.
The 62-year-old manager will start his new right away as Entag get ready for their next match. The team’s technical staff led by Magdy Abdel-Atty as general manager will continue their jobs with the new coach.
The former Ittihad of Alexandria coach will be facing a tough challenge as the military side are currently 13th in the table. Mokhtar’s first match will be against Aswan on Friday, March 31 at El-Salam stadium.
