Mohamed Abdel-Shafy’s Al Ahli Jeddah qualified to the Kings Cup semi-finals after easily defeating Wej Taif 6-0 in quarter-finals.

ِEven though Al Ahli missed an opportunity to lead the game in the 18th minute after Omar El-Soma failed to score from a penalty kick awarded on the 18th minute, the player scored 10 minutes later and eased the way for his teammates. 10 minutes before the break, Saad El-Amir added another goal in the 35th minute.

Abdel-Shafy who played full 90 minutes helped his team dominate the rest of the game as they scored four more goals in the second half securing their ticket to the cup’s semi-finals.

The title holders will face Al-Faisaly after the latter defeated Al-Adalh 2-1. On the other side, Al-Hilal managed to eliminate Al-Nassr and will face Al-Taawoun in the semi-finals.
