Shikabala returns as Zamalek name squad for Sharkia clash
Zamalek interim manager Mohamed Salah has announced the squad that will face Sharkia in the 21st round of the Egyptian Premier League on Wednesday.
The Whites are set to face bottom-placed Sharkia at El-Salam Stadium in the 21st round of the Egyptian Premier League, which was postponed because of the Egyptian national team friendly against Togo.
Shikabala and Mahmoud Hamdy returned back to the squad, after missing out recently under the management of Mohamed Helmy. The game is considered Zamalek’s last one before the arrival of Augusto Inácio, who is expected to arrive today.
Notably missing from the squad are Mohamed Magdy and Hossam Paulo, due to injury, while Mohamed Mosaad, Ali Fathy, Rico, Ibrahim Salah, Mayuka, Hosni Fathy, Moruf Yusuf, Shawky El-Said, Mohamed Ibrahim are excluded for technical reasons.
Goalkeepers: Ahmed El-Shennawy, Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim Gennesh.
Defenders: Mahmoud Hamdy, Ali Gabr, Islam Gamal, Mohamed Nassef, Osama Ibrahim, Ahmed Aboul-Fetouh.
Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Mahmoud Dunga, Ahmed Tawfik, Ayman Hefny, Mostafa Fathi, Mahmoud Abdelrazek ‘Shikabala’, Ahmed Refaat.
Forwards: Bassem Morsi, Ahmed Gaafar, Stanley Ohawuchi.
