Maaloul left out of Al Ahly match squad again
Ahly have announced the 21-man squad for the Egyptian Premier League matchday 23 fixture against Petrojet.
Hossam El-Badry has made three changes from the squad that thrashed Dakhleya. Rami Rabia made the team in place of Mohamed Naguib. Tawfik and Elsolia also made the squad.
Tunisian fullback, Ali Maaloul remains out of the team. His future with Al Ahly is unclear, with increasing interest in his services from the Tunisia Ligue 1.
Coulibaly is included and he will be looking to continue a great start to life as an Ahly player. The Ivorian earned praise from his coach after his great debut against Dakhleya.
Goalkeepers: Sherif Ekramy, Ahmed Adel, Mohamed El-Shennawy.
Defenders: Ahmed Fathi, Rami Rabia, Hussein El-Sayed, Sabry Raheel, Mohamed Hany, Saad Samir, Ahmed Hegazy.
Midfielders: Hossam Ashour, Hossam Ghaly, Abdallah El-Said, Akram Tawfik, Ahmed Hamoudi, Elsolia, Mido Gaber, Momen Zakaria, Walid Soliman.
Forwards: Souleymane Coulibaly, Amr Gamal
The Red Devils will be favorites to extend their lead atop the Egyptian Premier League. They will be pitting their long unbeaten streak against Petrojet’s four match unbeaten run.
Al Ahly have 55 points, from 21 matches, four ahead of Misr Lel Maqassa.
