10-man Hull City cruise past Watford with ease

10-man grabbed an important 2-0 win over to stay two points above relegation zone in the 34th game week of the

Egyptian rightback Ahmed started the game and played all 90 minutes.

Hull City were unfortunately in trouble in the 25th minute when their striker Baye Oumar Niasse was shown a straight red and given his marching orders for his tackle on Watford’s Mbaye Niang.

The Tiger’s manager, Marco Silva waited until the 46th minute to make his first substitution as Abel Hernandez came in to replace Evandro Goebel.

Lazar Markovic, on-loan from Liverpool gave Hull City the lead in the 62nd minute of the game when his header hit the bar and bounced back to him, as he slot it home to confirm the goal.

Sam Clucas doubled Hull City’s lead in the 71st minute as he controlled the ball and slammed it in the back of the net from outside the box.

With four games to go, Hull City, who sit in 17th place, will face Southampton away on April 29, followed by matches against Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur.

The team will be hoping to get the best out of their next four fixtures to ensure they do not drop to the relegation zone.

Swansea sit in 18th place with 31 points, Middlesbrough in 19th with 24 points and a game in hand, while Sunderland sit at the bottom of the table with 21 points and two games in hand.
