Ramadan Sobhi’s Stoke fall 2-0 to Swansea City

came on as a late second half substitute for Stoke City, but his side was unable to come back from a two goal deficit. 

The game started slowly for both sides but Swansea had more of the ball. In the 10th minute Swansea took the lead from a corner that Fernando Llorente headed home. Swansea controlled the game for the rest of the half but the game was still balanced.

In the second half, Stoke were looking for the goal and took hold of the ball much more than the first half. They were missing the final touch, unable to produce a final ball to trouble Swansea.

In the 68th minute Arnautovic misses a penalty, which proved to be a real game changer for Stoke. A minute later, Tom Carroll would score a long range goal after his shot got deflected off Joe Allen.

In the 77th minute Ramadan Sobhi was brought on in place of Berahino, but it was too late for the Egyptian to make an impact on the match.

Stoke are still comfortably mid-table in 11th position, with their next match coming on April 29th against West Ham.
