Stoke City forward Saido Berahino has revealed that Ramadan Sobhi and him are the last ones that leave the training as they always stay behind to practise finishing.

The 23-year-old has joined the Potters last January from West Bromwich Albion, making 12 appearances for them so far, but is yet to get off the mark.

“I’m enjoying myself. It’s been a while since I played back to back games and I’m improving all the time. I just want to finish this season as strongly as possible and get that goal for the fans,” Berahino said.

“It’s not worrying me. It would be worrying me if I wasn’t getting chances – but I am getting chances. Every striker goes through phases like this, I just have to keep strong and keep getting myself into good positions.

“After training I like to stay behind anyway and practise finishing. I think me and Ramadan are always the last ones to go back in. It will come. The hard work will pay off soon enough,” he added.

Stoke are currently 12th in the English Premier League with 40 points, and they only have three games remaining this season, Bournemouth on May 6, Arsenal on May 13, Southampton on May 21.
