Zamalek manager Augusto Inácio has admitted that his side lack the final touch, promising that he will try solving that problem.

The Whites defeated Zimbabwean side CAPS United 2-0 in the first round of the group-stages, thanks to a double from Bassem Morsi and Stanley Ohawuchi, however, Inácio is still concerned about his side’s finishing problem.

“I will be moved to the hospital if we continue to miss these easy chances. We could have been punished against CAPS United,” the Portuguese manager said in his press conference.

“We will surely try to solve the finishing problem. We build up the attack, but what we lack is the final touch,” he added.

With this result, Zamalek are now second in Group B behind USM Alger on goal difference as the Algerian side claimed a 3-0 home victory over Ahli Tripoli on Friday.

The Whites’ next game will be against Wadi Degla in the Egyptian Premier League on May 18, while their next CAF Champions League match is away against Al Ahli Tripoli on May 23.
