Egypt FA announce date for national team camp

Egyptian Football Association ‘EFA’ announced that the Pharaohs will start their training camp on June 3 in preparations for the 2019 AFCON qualifiers opener.

EFA have set before the 4th of June as the date for the start of the national team camp but changed it now to June 3 following Al Ahly’s and Zamalek’s clashes in .

The Pharaohs prepare to play against Tunisia on June 11 in Rades stadium kicking off their qualification road to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. Both teams have been drawn in Group J, alongside Niger and Swaziland. CAF have announced that Morrocan referee Bouchaib Lahrach will officiate the game.

Egypt national team manager Ehab Lehita confirmed the date and revealed that Argentinian coach Hector Cuper will hold a press conference on the day of the training camp before the team heads to Alexandria and later travel to Tunisia on June 9.
